We are happy to inform you that UNYANET Alumni General Assembly 2015 will take place in Bucharest, Romania 11th-12th September 2015. Please note that UNYANET is having their General Assembly at the same time in Bucharest as well.
Friday, 11th September – arrival day

Saturday, 12th September – formal meetings
10:00 – 12:00 Workshop (details tbc)
13:00 – 15:00 Formal GA (Voting & Reports)
15:00 Free afternoon or sightseeing Bucharest
20:00 Evening entertainment – party with UNYANET
Sunday 13th September – departure day
Please note that the schedule might be subject to certain adjustments, however the core program including formal meetings and voting will take place on 12th September.
Eligibility & Registration
All UNYANET Alumni Active & Passive Members are invited to participate in the General Assembly. Please register your participation under this link.
Please note that there will be a participation fee of 90 euros. The fee will cover accommodation for 3 nights, transport, main social events and the T-Shirt. Once you submit your application, you will receive an e-mail indicating details of payment method.
Venue & Accommodation
The General Assembly will take place in premises of the National School of Political
Science and Administration in Bucharest. Accommodation provided by the organizers is placed in dormitories belonging to this school, hence it is very close to the venue where main meetings will take place.
